Just Breathe

Sometimes all you can do is just breathe. A very good piece of advice if followed can break the path of monotony and freshness.

Do you think, we are not programmed for rest? Yes we are but only few knows, where and when to step.

Rest is history and misery. Our end goal should be to remain happy not just attached to goals one after the other. Have pursuits but with essence of life.

Bring goodness into life and your thoughts every day and then no one can stop you from rising.

Hold on there. Try to live one moment at a time. Give time to your senses to start working again undistracted.

Whatever it may be in your life troubling you, if you know how to sit relaxed for just 30 mins even, things will workout in your favour.

Listen to the sounds of birds chirping, children's playing in front of your house, conversations between two neighbours, vehicle coming closer and applying brakes, sound of clock ticking, leaves falling from the tree, your hand movements and more...

Shut all of the above for a while and just breathe. It is your day to celebrate and don't give it away.
