Be Idle for a day!
We are a fast moving society today who prefers multitasking rather than doing single tasks at a time. Doing enough is never taken as doing good. You must excel at what you do or you must fail to excel at what you do best .
But at times you have to fuel yourself. You have to deal with all kind of emotions. But one who is iron minded and as strong as mountain who can tolerate any weather and circumstances.
Stop finding the meaning in everything. Remember your goals and see if you are moving towards it or not.
There must be a good way of approaching life and that's where I come in which is back linking. My own website and be independent again but with a better English and focus and a diligent performer of the art who can sift to any side of the swing.

1 We need Jamabandi/Khasra no. Of past 13 years from client.
2 Then we need to go to concerned Patwari or tehsildar of the region.
3 We need to check the register there and see the entries corresponding to khasra no. In question. See the sale deed also for khasra.
4 Entries in red would confirm the ownership and you will get the transfer of ownership if any.
5 You can see the intekaal no. Possibly from here.
After that go to builder office and ensure they have taken all the approvals. Plan approved by Gmada, Clu, Environment Clearance, AAI , pollution board.
Get authority letter from client first.

How to book tickets in tatkal from Chandigarh
Here are the steps to book train tickets in tatkal from Chandigarh.
0 Take the tatkal form from any of the counters. You have to shout for it. Don't resist the initiative.
1 Reach the ticket booking counters first, next to ATM and new eatery run by IRCTC.
2 For AC timings 10am and For Sleeper 11am. But before that, add your name in the token list. Here people on their own make list to sort chaos. So ask anyone who is preparing the list on that particular day else they won't let you enter in the queue. Seriously!
3 Then the official guy comes in and makes the queue outside counter. Only for those whose names are on the list. He assigns you number on your list. Make a note of it.
4 After all this, they let you stand in two different queue. Divide and stand.
5 Finally you are allowed to stand in the tatkal queue. Now depending on your fate you will be given the confirmed ticket else waiting.
6 Usually 10-15 tickets are given on confirmed status rest all waiting.
This pretty much sum's up my first experience of booking a tatkal ticket in Chandigarh. If anyone looking to book their first tatkal ticket, you would find this post of mine very useful.

Just Breathe
Sometimes all you can do is just breathe. A very good piece of advice if followed can break the path of monotony and freshness.
Do you think, we are not programmed for rest? Yes we are but only few knows, where and when to step.
Rest is history and misery. Our end goal should be to remain happy not just attached to goals one after the other. Have pursuits but with essence of life.
Bring goodness into life and your thoughts every day and then no one can stop you from rising.
Hold on there. Try to live one moment at a time. Give time to your senses to start working again undistracted.
Whatever it may be in your life troubling you, if you know how to sit relaxed for just 30 mins even, things will workout in your favour.
Listen to the sounds of birds chirping, children's playing in front of your house, conversations between two neighbours, vehicle coming closer and applying brakes, sound of clock ticking, leaves falling from the tree, your hand movements and more...
Shut all of the above for a while and just breathe. It is your day to celebrate and don't give it away.

Social Media has and will continue to dominate the life of people in general. What is going to change and stressed about, let's discuss that first.
1 Video content will be the new-king , but the content still be the reigning king. To share the video across multiple channels, integration with all popular networks would be made. Another would be location based discovery and sharing of individuals, the content circulated popularly in the form of video.
2 Facebook is banking big on their recent product launches with Marketplace, Reactions, Instant Articles, Facebook Live . If we see the acquisitions done by Facebook, Masquerade can prove to be the game-changer since recording selfie videos with animations and experimenting with the way you look is a big time hit among the mobile users.
